How is your experience on Jiomart missing product refund ?
The first time this happened, I opened my JioMart package and noticed that one product was missing.
when i complaint online through jiomart website, they replied "refund done asap" and closed my complaint without refund.

I ordered a lot of products, including harpic and soyabean oil.
the delivery guy told my harpic is not available and you will get refund but i am not receive any refund sms/notification.
So, i register my complaint about harpic and then when i open my jiomart package i noticed soyabean oil is missing.
So, i raised another complaint about soyabean oil.
Next day i receive refund sms for my harpic "Refund process initiated, Will be credited in source account within 7 working days" and they closed my first complaint.
after 2 days, my 2nd complaint about soyabean oil, they replied "refund done asap" and closed my complaint without refund. 😐😐

Happened many times in my case. Refund was credited within some days barring once when I had to contact them several times over 21 days.
Jio platforms are poor when it comes to refunds. It's been almost 3 weeks with no sign of the refund of a failed topup of Jio Fiber. Worse is getting the Jio CS representatives to understand what's the issue.
Email at cshead @ jiomart . com Try to draft short and simple email point to point, bcz they will do the needful only if they can able to understand the case or else they simply copy paste generic replies or copy paste of the first complaint resolution message again & again.
Happened with me recently with JioMart. I had to raise complaint from their website and they closed it saying please upload photos (entire duration 4 days). Raised another complaint with photos this time (photo - showing one item where expected were two units). They issued refund for the whole order in next 3 -4 days.
Kinda same experience on app/website, refund process is slow but if you raise the issue through mail with proper explanation and photos, they will issue refund.
Why you guy's don't check items before sharing otp?
Yes, this has happened with me quite frequently in the past...
First time in 2020 and it took umpteen follow-ups on the matter and as long as 82 days for the refund to be processed, because it was a case of NON-DELIVERY and yet the order was marked as DELIVERED.
After that this trend of missing items has been JioMart's highlight and USP.
From my experience, the refund is not refunded back to SOURCE but I accidentally found it refunded back to their own WALLET which could be utilized in subsequent purchases.
Hope sharing this saves someone time and most essentially peace of mind!

Jiomart is a cheat. Have to be very careful before ordering.
They sell buy1 get 1 product as single product 50%off. When I received pdt the b1g1 offer was already given by company not Jiomart. But they advertised like they are giving discount.
Also check every item mrp.
They mention mrp wrong in site[intentionally high, never low].
Fingers crossed, till now its nearly 10 out 10 customer service from my experience for Refund of spoiled items and missing items. So I trust Jiomart.
