How get cashback on insurance premium payment?

tata neu and Airtel axis cards gives cashback on most of the transactions.

airtel axis gives 10% upto 250 CB, but if airtel fetches bill. I am facing issues with airtel for MAX life bills. (same wth Amazon as well)

Tataneu fetches most of bills easily and gives 5% but it can be used only on tata nue app only (like bigbasket,1mg etc.,)

(If you have SBIcashback card, you can buy AZ GVs and pay, but you said AZ is not fetching bills. but if your insurance company shows AZ wallet, you can directly pay
