Well, by swing trade I mean for quite a time, not intraday... some sector rotation/rerating/company news etc are pointers...

No idea about F&O, IN cash and equity, use Bollinger Bands and Heikin-Ashi candle stick with stop loss or GTT set with time frame of 5 to 15 min for small swings(Not worth) use min 1 hour or 4 hour chart
