Horrible Site!!

I am one of the very regular online-shopers not only in Shopclues.com but in many other sites. But Shopclues is the worst online shopping site I have ever came across. I would not rate it even for 1 star. I wish there is option which I can rate as “Starless”. Disgusting experience I had. My order no 38422725 was for BJ Hot Racer Car worth 8600 including delivery charge. But I received a wrong order and that too a damaged one. Called up the so called support team(Manoj, as mentioned by him over phone) but this person was so unprofessional that I felt tortured while talking with him. I was told that the process for refunding will take atleast 5-7 working days, will have to click a photo of the parcel and the bill and upload it. should not be more than 2mb.blah blah. Thier so called easy refund is no so easy as it is mentioned in the website. In the mean time there was another order in process Fidato Set of 3 Shawls

Code: 6846258 order no COD order 38680575. As you can see it clearly mentioned as “Set of 3”, I was expecting the same. But inside their parcel I found only 2 shawls. People recruited by them as Customer Care Executive are no lesser than recovery agents in thier tones while talking to customers. There are many dos and donts in making refund whereas its simple to pay them. I strongly recommend all online shopers to think twice before ordering anything from this non-sense site or else you will end up torturing yourself like me.
