Horrible return experience

I wanted to return Bajo cushion 5pc filler set as the cover mentioned was stripped good quality but received like a tissue paper cover.

Past almost month they are only taking my complaint and raising a request but not sorting the problem or giving me the refund.

So beautiful very careful while you buy expensive item, you will be easily fooled and no one will respond to your complaint.
