Horrible Experience with Ekart Logistics - Endless Delays and Poor Service

I recently had an awful experience with Ekart Logistics, and I wanted to share it here to warn others. My shipment has been stuck in transit for days, moving between different hubs in Chennai without any clear progress. Here’s the timeline of events:

• 20 Aug: Order Received
• 21 Aug: Shipment pickup complete at FKL_DELInCity
• 22 Aug - 02 Sep: Endless cycles of "In Transit" between various hubs in Chennai

Some highlights:

• The shipment was repeatedly marked as "REACHED AT DESTINATION HUB" but then sent to another hub or marked as "IN TRANSIT" again.
• Even after reaching a supposed "destination hub," the package would then get routed back to earlier hubs, causing significant delays.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially since there seems to be no logical reason for the package to keep bouncing between hubs. I would strongly advise anyone considering Ekart Logistics to think twice, especially if you need timely and reliable service. This has been one of the worst courier experiences I’ve ever had.
