Honor users - banking apps not working ?

I am unable to use few apps like payzapp (by HDFC) and indie by Indusind app suddenly. In payzapp it's showing as root detected despite my mobile being non rooted, in indie app it's showing as "use app on a secure operating system" I am using latest version of apps and also os (7.1.0.245(C675E10R3P1)
Update: Indie released new update, it's working as of now, payzapp still not working from last 30 days atleast.
Developer options turned off

Disabled developer options, previously both apps used to work. With the latest update both are not working. My concern is, this may not end here, soon few apps also follow the same pathway.

Indian banking apps seem to employ really poor quality devs. Not much in the way of testing before releasing a new update. Riddled with updates. Way too overbearing.
P.S. Developer Options is turned off? Some aren't satisfied with just USB Debugging disabled.
