i bought levis jeans pair as shown in there tv show 1+1 offer,along with 2 peter England shirts, i got a message saying that my order was cancelled and when i mailed them they said that they will send the levis jeans but peter england shirts was cancelled due to stock issue.
i got the pair after 15 days via blue-dart and when i opened it i was shocked to see that both the black and blue pair of jeans was used ones the original tags was not present and they used some local made tags and they tied the tags using jute threads, really they wrer clearly worn-out jeans, so i called there cc and said the same, she assured me that they will arrange a reverse pickup via aremax but even after 10 days no one had come even after many reminders they failed to take them back, so after consulting there cc i shipped them myself , but they refused the refund as because i couldn’t return them in good condition , really god knows what it was, i called the cc and asked about the same and she said as i opened and tags was removed they cant refund amount and sent back the same worn out jeans to me, i was really mad because first they were second hand used jeans and without proper tags. and on it they were saying i changed the tags, really good loss of my money and time, i threw them in dustbin as cannot thing wat to do with used jeans.

guys plz never buy apparel from them, also there working style is similar to tradus.in, they wont ship the goods directly as letsbuy.com does ,but some seller will do it for them so we cannot trust them, and tradus.in cc is very good and follow up is also good.

note- this happened 5 months ago as i got good platform i am sharing now.

also i bought the same Levis brand blue jeans from yebhi during ipl with 1000 off coupon when i wicket fell and these were also used one , but i returned the product to yebhi i got my money back ,also i got 1000 rs pc i.e promo code used to buy the same

so in general i think iam not that comfortable ordering apparel online as cannot no what the quality could be, plz views are welcomed

So you now agree that you have been giving aloof and vague answers. Because if you have it packed and ready for delivery, what is stopping you from giving update on AWB, and other details. You are buying time and my husband is now going to post on few coupon sites about this experience.

homeshop18 worst customer care service..
i,m suffering from 1month..
i have buked reebok hosscat shoe ..they sent 2 years old cheap made in taiwan shoes..and they sent wrong size..
my problem starts .. still they didn,t sent the product back..
several times calling… worst part is they wont stand on wat the said..

after 2 months they refunded me… with a unknown yes bank check..
i dont know y these people not refunding through online..

totally worst customercare..it took 2 months to refund me..
i lost more than 100 rs to call them..and mental tension..

irresponsibe people:evil:
they didn,t honor my product.. before one week they asked me for refund or replace.. i choose replace..stupid people they cancelled my order..
becoz of them i loss many nice deals in these 2 months..inorder waiting for my product..

ill never do shopping with them
