highly dissatisfied

This was my first and last experience with AJIO, I ordered 4 products:

1st one was not the one I ordered, they delivered a very cheap quality and a completely different product .

2nd one got cancelled by their end without any reason and notification

3rd ones haven’t got delivered yet

4th one also not delivered.

Also I am not sure when they will return my money.

Trying to call on customer care, I hold for about 15 mins on first call and 11 minutes on the second try, no one answered.
