I have paid my sbi credit card bill of 58900 Rs through RBL signature plus debit card on SBI UniPay platform.
Paid credit card bill on 6th July 2024.
Paid credit card bill as quick pay on SBI UniPay. Not via login through OTP.
Now, today I login to SBI UniPay and shocked there is not showing any transaction of credit card bill on 6th date. All old transactions are showing but this transaction is missing. Also no msgs from SBI UniPay.
Now, I have no any reference accept bank transaction in passbook and credit card bill also pending.
Pleasure help me for get my money back.

just mail them, and they will share the reference no. don't worry, ur money will be credited back to source if failed. Mine got back after 5 working days

My money also stuck like that, mail sending also failed to the mail id mentioned in website. If any other mail id, please share.
