lodged complaint with tata cliq
then also mailed to ecomexpress, also reached to then via twitter.
tried calling on ecomexpress helpline 8376888888 for any resolution but no one pickup
Delivery agent saying will deliver today then changed to tomorrow, then saying come pickup from random location then saying wont deliver do whatever you want, go complaint.
THESE Delivery agents have started abusing power, without OTP they feel like they can do what they feel like with no accountability.
Any ecomexpress escalation mail id?
Anything else that can be done here?

What is Tata Cliq and Ecom twitter saying at this point?
Today it might have reached the necessary escalation team who will take
necessary action and have asked for 2 days time to work on it, i don't
have much confidence in their capability as the agent was as clueless as
a newborn even after multiple emails and twitter complaints.
About Ecom they did nothing, no response from their end, multiple emails sent, still nothing. They could care less.
Ecom is the worst.
Whenever they screw up, I ask customer care of the merchant to not use ecom anymore and record it as feedback.
I know they are not going to pay attention to it. But who knows with enough people asking they might just stop using this fraud company.
FInd and contact your nearest ecomexpress office, they will help you out.
Even my half order was stolen by delivery courier guy. Still waiting for resolution from last 5-6 days. No proper respo
