Help required in raising Rto grievance

Hi, i need help in raising grievance in Rto portal. Today i was riding my bike and felt some problem, so i stopped near a shop to search for a mechanic. Immediately Rto people came and picked up my bike, i rushed back but they took it anyway in front of me. I complained to them so i was asked to raise a grievance, and if they are satisfied they will waive off the fine.
Now i need help in raising this grievance, so if someone can guide me or anyone has some tips/ ideas or previous experience then that would be great. Thanks.

If I submit a complaint on CPGRAM before receiving a response on the grievance raised with the RTO, can it have a positive impact?
First, go to the RTO officer, and explain the situation. They also arrange the Lok Adalats - kinda fast track courts regularly where you can represent your case and get the solution. If they are ready to pay some chai-pani, then go for it. The more vehicle will stay with them, the more damage can happen to it. You will just waste your time going here and there.
