Probably that's when seller imported it?
Not a big issue. You can contact dell support on Twitter and send them your purchase invoice to make corrections in your warranty. When sellers import these devices to india, warranty starts from that day unless end user claim warranty through Dell support.
Can i do it by their extend warranty support panel?
May be a item stolen by seller and sold in Amazon. 🤣🤣
Send an email to dell support/warranty team with invoice copy, they will update the warranty

It appears that the Laptop you have acquired might have been initially sold as a new item, yet it was subsequently registered under a warranty by another individual. There are several possible explanations for this occurrence-
At times, laptops are returned to sellers for various reasons, like a change of mind or a minor issue, and are later resold as new. If the previous owner had registered the laptop for warranty during their ownership, it might still be listed as active when you try to register it which seems like the case of yours
At other times, errors can occur during the warranty registration process, leading to instances where a laptop is registered more than once or a previous registration is not correctly removed from the system.
Last but not the least , Sometimes when devices are imported to India by sellers, the warranty kicks in from that day unless the end user opts for warranty support from Dell.
You must register the system to activate the warranty if it was purchased other than direct from Dell.

If these methods didn't work then
Reach out to Dell customer support and provide them with your purchase details, such as the order number and laptop's serial number. Kindly explain the situation and request them to verify the warranty status and update the registration information to ensure that your ownership and start date are correctly reflected in their system
Dell customer support should be able to resolve this matter promptly once they verify your ownership and the details of the purchase.
You can also reach to Seller contacting Appario (the seller on Amazon) as well. They may have insights or processes in place to assist with warranty issues, especially if the laptop was sold as new and the warranty was not supposed to be registered before your purchase
Please Note - Keep records of all communications and interactions including but not limited to reference numbers provided by Dell or the seller related to this issue. This can be helpful if you encounter any further issues or need to escalate the matter.
