I never thought I would be writing something like this on DD as I keep myself extra cautious with online platforms and banking.
I had approx 17k in my Amazon Pay Balance, and I didn't share my login credentials with anybody.
Yesterday I opened amazon app to pay my jiofiber bill, while checking transaction history, I saw 2 transactions worth 771 & 6270.39 done on Apollo 24|7 pharmacy from my APAY balance and I am unaware how these txns took place. My Amazon order history shows nothing for these txns.
I contacted Amazon, they put my account on hold to do an investigation, later they said "As per our investigation, there was no suspicious activity confirmed on your account. An unauthorized user who has access to your account may have placed the order.
Please check the transaction details with those who have access to your Amazon account to confirm that these charges are unauthorized.
"
I contacted Apollo 24|7 as well, they asked apollo order id in order to proceed, but since I didn't place any order, so my account doesn't have any.
Please guide me how should I proceed now.

Bhai, Forgetting to enable it was my mistake. Yesterday only I activated that.
Complaint on national consumer forum and tell them that amazon denying.
They will help as you haven't placed the order. Amazon and appollo pharmacy can easily check who ordered and at which address.
Thanks bhai.. will do that today
Whoever it is didn't have access to full account. Otherwise they would have emptied the full 17K. Check if you have left the session open in any of your devices. Check with your other inmates
Hmm. The person has OP's amazon account linked in his Apollo pharmacy app only. Neither he had login credentials nor he had access to amazon account directly or through any other app. Usually when you link your amazon account to some app and delink that then that device can link amazon account again in one click without otp or any other verification. I think OP might have helped someone with their pharmacy order in past. i would suggest @sushrutji29544 to check past transactions on amazon with same merchant and get an idea with whom he might have shared his amazon account previously just to be sure.
Few years ago someone did unauthorised tx on my Amazon account and purchased 750 Google play gift cards at night 2-3 am. Complained to Amazon customer care, they put my account on hold and after few hours removed the hold and refunded the amount to my pay balance.
Then I activated 2 factor authentication
Same bro, someone made an electricity bill payment from my account balance in West Bengal while I live in Rajasthan. Luckily, I immediately received a notification of the amount debited, and I first changed the password. Then I called Amazon support, and they refunded the whole amount to my account balance within hours.
Dislink appollo from my account section otherwise scammer can do transaction again
Try to remember if you ever shared this account with any friends/family. They might mistakenly using it.
