Help needed in redeeming milestone benefit in SBI CC

I have received this SMS:
Dear Credit Cardholder, Congratulations on achieving Rs 3,00,000 milestone spends with your BPCL SBI Card OCTANE! To select an e-Gift Voucher (worth Rs 2,000) of your choice, call our Helpline 39020202 (prefix local STD code) or SMS BOA/B/D to 5676791, where BOA - Yatra, BOB - Bata/Hush Puppies, BOD - Aditya Birla Fashion. The Voucher Code, basis your selection, will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number. T&C
But when I am trying to send SMS, it is showing message not sent, when I am trying to call it is not connecting and I have an Airtel if it matters. What do I do in this situation?
