help needed for saving account

Hi all, Is it possible to open an saving a/c if current residence address is not in aadhar card but have water, electricity bills & voter card in new address. Tried here with two govt banks both asking to get address updated first. He needs to keep amount over 10 lakhs seperately in that account so only govt banks are mostly preferred. Sorry for bad english

Very Easy with Private Banks... No idea about sarkari banks...

It is possible.. bills and voter cards are valid address proofs.

I went to SBI  with the  house tax, Electricity bill 

They told me you can open the a/c  but within 6 months you have to change it to 

address as in Aadhaar.

Their website lists electricity bill as a valid address proof for SB a/c
