Help needed for Neu Coins Deduction / scam by Tata neu

The product arrived on 18th Aug, but it was defective, so on same day I requested Croma customer care (CCC) return and replacement, conscious of the fact that if I do return and refund they may not refund 1000 neu coins considering expired . I categorically told customer care person that I am not interested in refund. Me being honest with them got punished .
Firstly return pick up was done 4 days later on 22nd, then the return status was not updated for next 5 days, until I called up several times over these 5 days, so finally today on 26th August it was marked returned and to worst of my nightmare, refund initiated.
Recieved only 500 NeuCoins as refund, 1000 marked as expired..
it was no fault on me...that Croma sent a defective product and then took long time to complete the return and refund process...becuase of their issue my 1000 neu coins are lost .
Croma customer care denies any help related to neu coins.
Neu customer care says it is per policy.
Please suggest how to get my 1000 neu coins.

Try filing a complaint via Ingram
Earlier many extended the life of nue coins by ordering and cancelling, so now they made a blanket ban on this.
Still try to complain on insta.
This is scam by Tata Neu....I have never requested refund... Unnecessary marking coins as expired...
Does this mean we should never order any items near the expiry of neu coins..as they can send defective/damaged items and then do not do replacement just mark expiry of the neu coins.

Why gone through such a complication? Should have ordered groceries from BB.
Brother was in need of the product ordered from Croma.. neu coins usage is not just for groceries..as for groceries we got lot many offers via other groceries app..Croma product usually for lower than 2K types are good usage of NeuCoins, as otherwise for card offers you need mov above 2k..
you took the risk by waiting till almost nearer to expiry.
Tata as brand is know for best customer care. Thus there is trust in Tata. Have been a share holder, consumer and Tata never disappointed me. If it did it was short term.
