Help me with HDFC error

Whenever I try to pay CC bill using EasyShop Platinum Debit Card, I get this error most of the times.
What could be the reason and what can I do to rectify this?IMG-20230911-WA0000

Tried there as well, same issue

First, you need to add a new Biller (in this case the credit card you want to pay a bill)
Then wait for 2-3 days to get that biller activated.
Once you see it as "Active", you will be able to pay a bill.

I guess you got the new HDFC Account, Wait for 24H after adding the billers, it will start working the next day.

I also faced the same this month after opening the new account.
