Not Sure How Much Physical Ram It Will Utilize By Hyper Os.

i was in the same situation, but my use case was strictly watching movies and browsing. i dont need gaming performance. so i went with s9+ wifi 8gb got it for around 9k or 9.5k

if you need High Performance then pad 6. also it costs more obvs

I will suggest to get Samsung S9 FE for SPen feature. You will get around 17K in Samsung online corporate/student account. If out of stock then try Samsung offline store, you will get at 18K. Offer valid till 30th Sep. Never go for Xiaomi, go for A9+ rather. I believe iPad 9 will better performance in this price range. Do your own research.

Other than 2 extra Android OS updates in practically every other aspect the Samsung tab is markedly inferior. Pad 6 is blessed with custom ROM development and it could in the end trump the A9+ in terms of software updates as well. 

Pad 6 because better processor and palm rejection that too much help in taking notes etc
