My SBI card is showing 58200 as due but when I try to pay via cred or any other app, it shows max payable is 57800. What should I do. Help me out learned folks here.

I did what you said but the second transaction is not reflecting in SBI app. Also I haven't got the message from SBI for the 2nd transaction.

i think one of 2 situation happened

1) some refund of 400 arrived (after bill generation)

2) you paid 400 after bill generation via some other means and forgot

hence why its asking 57800 instead of 58200

well as already suggested above, pay 400 or 1k extra as 2nd transaction via NEFT or UPI or CRED or other means and wait and see for credit of it

The outstanding is lower than bill generated as the cashback came later..my transaction has failed as per the latest message, I will get a refund.

My question is what am I expected to pay Due or outstanding ( in case outstanding is lower than due)?

It happens due to bill reduced by cashback or reversal etc... nowadays one cannot overpay like the old days through bharat connect...
