When the payment date is showing as 30th then they should not charge late fees. Insist them to reverse

if nothing works, place card closure request. Rention team ko explain karo entire issue. They can reverse charges
2 months back 2lac+ bill and I somehow missed to pay some 1500 and rest all paid, in next stmt I see 3200 Int chrages and 700 fine, but cc was very supportive I just told it was a mistake, she immediately reversed and asked to chk in unbilled(reflected instant) - I never missed payment earlier
Only interest part refunded - no RP given😌

So my father's due date was on 22nd June and he forgot to pay. Today when I was checking, I saw the due date and did the payment. Unfortunately it was already last 12 and I missed the 3 days Grace period. Will my dad be charged late payment fees and interest? Will it impact the cibil score? @guest_999 any insight on this?
It seems issue is resolved for you now.
But, always keep in mind that HDFC BillPay takes 3 days to settle the transaction of ICICI CC bill payment.
You paid on 30th May, So, it will settle on 3rd June. Here, you are breaching the 3 grace days given to you as well. (31,1 and 2).
