[HELP] BoB dispute late payment charges

I did a BoB Snapdeal cc bill payment of 30k on 2nd Sept via cred and the txn was successful but they credited my cc account twice with same amount and hence the bill was generated lesser than the actual amount for Oct month.
Now in Nov bill statement they have reversed this txn and charged a penalty of Rs 1062+191(gst) for this.
How do I dispute it and get the penalty fees reversed since the error was from the bank's end and I've made payment for entire bill amount in Sept and Oct as presented by Bank?

First made complain to consumer care, if not resolved then file case on online forum.
50% possibility they may refund.

Exactly, credited twice in Sept so sept statement was generated with my sept spends-30k and this 30k txn was reversed in Oct with penalty. So my Oct statement is generated with my Oct spends + 30k

In reference to the trail mail, we would like to inform you that we are reversing the of Interest Debit Adjustment charges to your card account and the same will be reflected in your next month’s billing statement.
