Help - BigBasket Gift Card Redemption issue

Look if there is some space after or before the GV code or PIN, this error can occur due to multiple unrelated issues

if redemption is successful in first attempt, subsequent attempts can also show this error. check wallet balance to see if the amount has been added to the wallet or not.

do not copy paste the code/pin. manually type the code and pin. 

Make sure the pin is of 6 digits numeric. I once got pin with 5 digits then eventually tried putting 1 – 9 if front of the pin and at last tried putting Zero which worked

Pls inform company, these days many gc companies are cheating in corporate deals

they are sending same gc to multiple ppl or sending invalid gc

Happened with a fiend of mine, they got amazon gv as Diwali gifts, many employees faced problems redeeming it
