[Help] Bengaluru dimers, need your help with timing of Vayu Vajra BMTC Airport Buses

I've an early morning flight from Bengaluru airport.
The most convenient route for me is KIA 7A which originates and terminates at HSR Layout BDA Complex but I've observed that the last bus is approximately at 11 PM from here. I've also observed that Electronic City bound airport buses, namely KIA 8, 8C etc run almost all of the time.
So, my query is, since Hosur Road, Silk Board etc are nearby HSR Layout only. I can even board Electronic City buses a bit late at night, around 12 AM or 1 AM instead of boarding KIA 7A which has last bus at 11 PM only.
If anyone has an idea about it, please do let me know. I've to leave tomorrow.

Are you sure about 12:20 AM bus for route 7A ??

While I am reading, I understood that airport too far from city does create employment via buses, helplines, metros, vendors at bus stops, restaurants at airports to cater those early hot beverage consumers. A big eco-system indeed looks funny though.
I remember old airports of Hyderabad and Bangalore with in reach of city and travel used to be breeze and felt like I was travelling by air, whole journey to delhi old airport just 2hrs. Now it takes a whole 7.5hrs to complete travel to Delhi destination.

UPDATE (14-Jul-2024) :
Yesterday I took KIA-7A bus at 11 PM only which I've taken earlier as well but the driver did confirm there's also a bus at 1 AM and then another one after that is somewhere around 3 AM.
So, 1 AM airport bus KIA-7A is also a decent option for those early morning flights.
Both KIA-7A and 8 have their last departures at around 11.30 PM. Next journey for both starts a bit after midnight, around 0020 hours. You could take either.
