I too thought the same.
Investing in new fund offer of HDFC after weighing all my requirements and returns calculation.
Main problem investing in MF is LTCG and I might try to rebalance or withdrawal and keep it in saving account.

one suggestion, come out of ULIP immediately, those are not good investment options
