I'm very happy to announce that my tata neu plus card which was converted into a lifetime free card on 24th June has now been upgraded/converted to "tata neu infinity" lifetime free card...

I mailed hdfc team on 4 different mails on 1 August and today on 3rd August, they converted and dispatched my lifetime card...

First issued card - Tata neu plus (FYF)
Date - 23 August 2023
Converted to LTF - 24 june 2024
Upgraded to tata neu infinity LTF - 3 August 2024

Here i wrote along with my card details...

As a valued customer, I would like to propose a request to upgrade my tata neu plus lifetime credit card into "tata neu infinity lifetime free credit card". I have a credit limit of 2.05 Lakhs on my credit card and I have utilised almost 1.5 lakhs rupees of transactions within 1 year of issuance of credit card which makes me eligible for tata neu infinity lifetime free credit card, I request you to please check my past records and my consistent relationship with hdfc bank and my timely payments.
