I wanted to know when are the neu coins earned be credited to the tata neu app.
Also, in statement it just shows 1% coins for normal transactions, and 0.5% for upi for the plus card, while it was 2% and 1%, any idea when the rest of the points will be credited?

Coins earned on app are credited immediately but will unlock after return period.
For card coins it's Next statment... It is a little confusing but read the t and c it's clearly explained how it's calculated and when will it be credited
Points in statement is credited in approx 3 days after stmt generation
