I requested HDFC customer care to upgrade my Tata Neu Plus LTF to infinity LTF. I have 1.7L existing limit.
They are offering me first year free card. Shall I proceed with the same and try to request for LTF after using for sometime or shall I let it go?

So, u received infinity on charge basis, how many months u used it before requesting for LTF?

I took plus as FYF , used for 6 months and upgraded to infinity LTF. it was easy back then , now I think they are not easily upgrading to LTF.

I got mine upgraded for LTF in just two months from plus to infinity , first they made my plus into LTF then infinity into LTF...
