I received following cashback bracket in hdfc my card Portal
Here amazon mcc assigned in 5 % or 1 % both I checked in amazon both ordered only for shopping here 569 purchased regarding medical accessories & 459 for haldiram Food items & hubble consider as 1% as well for amazon gc purchased.
Please anyone can confirm should I raise concern for amazon 5% order with hdfc or this is disputed due to mcc change
I am attaching cashback plus statement snapshot please suggest.

system will automatically allot cashback based on mcc code , u can ask customer care for mcc they will tell , grocery item is excluded from 5% cashback.
