If all 4 of them are linked to the same phone number then Gyftr might possibly block one or more. If that happens call and explain it to them and wait for a week for them to do their thing.
If they are linked to different mobile numbers then use them without any worry. You will get 1000*4 cashback monthly (assuming all 4 of your cards exclude Infinia, Diners Club Black/Privilege, Regalia/Gold, TataNeu)
