Been 4 days since I received the card and did 1st transaction.
Nothing worrisome I hope.
Thank you @smart , spoke to HDFC customer care after years.
Was stuck with 61606161 wondering why there is no option to connect to executives.
Been informed that it will take a month from the date of delivery in system which is already 3 days later than actual. Unbelievable!!
Login to Netbanking, Click on Register Transferred Card. After that your account will reflect new Card number. Then you will be able to redeem them
Thanks ..that didn’t help me, so had registered the card post delivery.
Hi, I am also in the same boat
I’m getting message The card details entered is not enabled for Rewards program. Please contact the Bank for more details. when I try to redeem for flight booking.
For older card, getting – Customer has been blocked for 6 false attempts .
Already more than 10 days over, Bill is generated 4 days ago.
Bank says contact “Smartbuy Team” and SmartBuy says It is a “Bank Error”

try this:
Replace the 9th digit with another digit (ex: “0” or “1” etc…) and try on smartbuy with your own DOB and Mobile Number.
It worked for me and I was able to redeem all my points, while booking flight.,
While at the time of Difference amount Payment the card says Invalid
wait for a week
