HDFC rejected my Swiggy co branded CC application

Hi all
So I applied for my hdfc Swiggy co branded cc via the Swiggy app as it showed LTF. I had chosen in-person kyc which took some time (around 10-12 days) and few days afterwards, since the kyc was done, I received email from hdfc that they rejected the application due to their internal policies.
Is there anything that can be done here? I already hold hdfc millennia card, which is LTF as well. And I get numerous emails from hdfc for their rupay virtual cc. But I want to get the Swiggy card. Please provide any inputs if this can be disputed.

Same case with me, I mailed them ([email protected]. com) and they replied that they can issue the floater card(card limit linked with existing cards) to me. I accepted and after 2 days the card got approved.
The whole process they did on their own and new cibil enquiry was also done
