Hdfc pre approved credit card apply error

It has been almost five months since I opened a savings account with HDFC.
I got a pre approved offer of a Millenia card from HDFC Bank.After clicking the offer banner from net banking, I saw this card showing me two or three times asking to apply.And then I change the register mobile number but after changing the mobile number I am getting this error.
I don't understand it is this problem because of changing my mobile number.Or I checked 2-3 times but didn't apply so the system hangs ?
I have heard that every time , a temporary application is generated.That's why when we don't apply after checking pre approved offer, we are told again to come back and apply.
Can anyone tell when it will reset ?
In net banking but the pre approved card offer still showing but I can't see the card now and can't apply.

After three weeks means the new pre approved will really fix it ?

One of my friend has facing same issue. he opened his account this month. He received many mail from hdfc about pre-approved offer but when he tried to login same error occurs.
