I have been trying to redeem reward points from HDFC, but facing 'redeem not successful' error.

You are unable to redeem and we are unable to receive, I think HDFC Rewards section is under maintenance stage, this happen in axis always

mostly this error happens when there is maintenance in backend of HDFC , and this will get resolved in approximately 10 to 20 days BY ITSELF, so try after 10 days or 20 days to redeem:)

Yes. Facing the same issue. When I contacted their customer support, they told me to try through net banking with redirects and pop ups turned on in the browser. Nothing worked. Last time the issue got automatically resolved so should be this time.
