As I understand that pixel play gives 5% back on grocery catagories. I can see one catagory is – Blinkit & Reliance Smart Bazaar.
Does it mean that If I spend on Jiomart, it will be qualified under this grocery category as Jiomart is same as reliance smart bazaar?
Anybody used it on Jiomart online and got 5%

No I specifically asked this to HDFC Bank customer care and PayZapp team and they said Jiomart is not included nor is Reliance Smart Bazaar online. Only offline Reliance SmartBazaar

Pixel CC would've been somewhat useful if BlinkIt and Jiomart were covered in one pack for 5% without minimum order value. But it's a crappy card with important merchants omitted and only faaltu ones there where we get bigger discounts using other cards or gift vouchers
Beware of Pixel's beyond terrible customer care. I don't know if they have phone-based customer care, probably not 😆 Only can raise tickets from the app.
They hide behind the app, can't even email them, and quickly close any ticket raised without actually closing the matter/addressing the issue. Also they give new innovative excuses to close it like "you filed ticket in wrong category", and then tell us to file in category which doesn't exist.
Same case for any issue raised on payzapp..they just close it..when I asked payzapp for escalation matrix, they closed that ticket as well.
