Both are different and can be seen side by side in netbkg: dc menu -> enquire -> cb redemption

a) Loyalty is max 400 monthly.

b) Promotional (smartbuy) is max 1000 monthly afaik.

For me opposite happened, promo points were credited but no loyalty points so either I will get loyalty points later or will need to raise a complaint. To be honest, millennia debit card cashback experience so far has been poor with inconsistent/incorrect cb.
