HDFC Millenia Reward Points Redemption

I had HDFC Millenia Debit card which I upgraded to Platinum DC.
Now I have 615 reward points in Millenia card which I received after Millenia DC got closed. but I can redeem only 400. It shows "put reward points in multiple of minimum redeemable points".
Is there a way I can redeem all or it is just a lost cause?

Its a lost cause, but you can close your platinum and get back new millennia and do get another 200approx more in it and then redeem and then close the millennia again and get platinum
