HDFC Infinia metal upgrade. Is it worth it?

I have a Regalia card currently and HDFC is offering Infinia Metal upgrade. The Regalia is LTF but Infinia is showning as 12500 per year. Although they will add equivalent reward points which makes it a decent deal.
Average spend is about 3-4 lakh in a year. Considering 3.3 percent returns, I am inclined to take the deal. Any thoughts or concerns I should know.

Take it only if you can redeem the points on Hotels/Apple products/Tanishq vouchers/DTH recharge and Flights.
Dth redemption still works for infinia?

Take it, dont have second thoughts for infinia . Also what is the existing limit for your current regalia card and for how long u are using the card.
12 lakh limit. Using Regalia for 3 years now..
I upgraded my regalia to infinia last year . Believe me its worth it, also if 10l spends done than next year fee will be 0 .
To redeem points the best thing is to convert points to club vistara airmiles . There have been cases where makemytrip was showing flight ticket of 8.5K but I got it in 4.5K using club vistara airmiles.😊
1. make a club vistara account . They will provide a CVID .
2. Now to convert your points to their airmiles you need to use hdfc netbanking and register your account .
3. After registration you can convert your infinia points to vistara airmiles on 1:1 basis.
If you compare vistara miles vs rs charged by mmt/other gateway for flight ticket you will see huge gap . Sometimes its vice versa so compare at every point and book whichever way you find cheapest.
How much time does it take to transfer points ?

M stuck with HDFC Business Regalia ... for close to a decade now
I had to close my Diners Black to get the Infinia - FYF and then paid if annual thresholds not met. It's not as great a card as it used to be once, but still one of the BEST in the country!

Yes take it you will get 12500Rp when you pay the fees
Only extra is the GST which can be easily recovered in 2-3 months
