HDFC eMandate Management Issue

I have tried to register at https://www.sihub.in/managesi/hdfcbank#/home...in to manage my standing instructions. Whenever i try to register, i get error after i enter card details and i enter the otp(where they deduct RS 2). I am getting "Invalid details" error after redirecting to sihub

I do have HDFC Millennia Credit Card (Visa).

Can anyone guide me what to do. Is there any other portal?

mhm it was like this for eternity in HDFC and AXIS , THIS SI PORTAL IS PRESENT FOR EVERY BANK but axis and hdfc have easy way to access as they openly give this SI url to access BUT SADLY IT NEVER WORKED FOR ME from start which i found 1 year ago and till now WHENEVER I TRIED it never worked

I even asked customer care of Axis 3 times IN EMAIL and they just beating around the bush and no solution ....

THIS SI PORTAL NEVER WORKS
