Hdfc eashshop platinum debit card-I am not getting rewards for other credit card bill payment.checked after 30 days of payment but still no rewards.
Checked with customer care but no use.After this payment again tried paying bill multiple times but no rewards.
Please suggest whether we can use this card for bill payment or change to millennia debit card.I changed card from millennia to eashshop for 750rs rewards of bill payment but now again had to go back to my old card with this.
Need your suggestion and help.
Question-1:How many days we need to wait for rewards after credit card bill payment?
Question-2:I am paying bill by login to internet banking and then selecting bill payment and under this other credit card bill payment.Is this correct?

while paying you are selecting debit card payment mode or savings account mode, recheck. If it's debit card mode, it will ask expiry also.

Once you login to your hdfc netbanking, search for the buttons as appear in the following images and proceed accordingly.

other than HDFC and from the banks available in the list only we can add. And after waiting for one to two working days from adding, you can do the payment by selecting your card from list of billers. And while paying you should select only debit card as payment method otherwise you will not get any points
