HDFC credit card query

Hi all,

I recently applied for Tata neu infinity LTF credit card via the link provided by customer service on email. I got a message that it has been processed. When i checked the status on their website it is showing as declined.

Fast forward to today, i received a message that a video kyc has been scheduled and link to complete it?

Does it make sense to anyone??

Yes, sometimes auto declined cases are manually reviewed. Not sure what your case is... If its schedule proceed if you need the card

That’s interesting to know. The automatically declined thing makes sense as i already have HDFC IOCL with over 4L limit and I’m also a preferred customer, so it doesn’t make sense for them decline it. I’ll do the video kyc and update here. Thank you!
