Hi,

As we know we have good offer in Amazon for HDFC - EMI transaction, If I take 9 month EMI transaction to get enough of 10% instant discount and next day If I call them to cancel the EMI transaction ,

(i) Are they charging anything to cancel EMI ?

(ii) IF so how much they are deducting to cancel the EMI

(iii) Any one time charges to cancel EMI ?

etc..

Pls suggest

Hey i have cancelled a few no cost emis on my hdfc credit card. The process is as follows -

1) order a product using ncemi.

2) wait for the transaction to convert into emi( generally 3-5 working days)

3) cancel emi from my cards app or by calling cc

There are no additional charges for cancellation of emi. I have seen some cases where small amount is charged but it's very less(less than 100).

At the time of cancellation (on app of cc) you will see pro rata charges but currently even this isn't being charged.

Hey I did a transaction of 47k on 6 months EMI at Croma to buy a Samsung TV. But instead of usual credit card EMI it is showing as OFFUS EMI with a loan number. What is this any idea ?
