If you mainly shop through Amazon, just get ICICI Amazon pay. If you want a general cashback card, get SBI Cashback.
If you only need hdfc core card between regalia gold and millennia, just get millennia. It aligns more with your use case of online shopping. But remember that there is a charge for point redemption unlike above cards.
Regalia gold will only be useful if you travel a lot.
