I need help guys. I hold Moneyback for around 1.5 years now. I was given the card with mere limit of only 28k, a few months ago i was given an limit enhancement of 6k which resulted in total limit of 34k. I hold cards from other banks as well with a limit between 1 Lakh to 5 Lakh. In Tataneu app, i am getting the option for LTF card for both Infinity and plus, but when i am proceeding forward, i being given only the plus variant with a shared limit of 34k. I want the Infinity version. I have tried sending income documents to HDFC Chennai HO. but they denied my increase request citing weird reasons. What choice do i have? Should i close the above card and apply for fresh again?  The above card is LTF. I am a salaried individual with gross salary income of more than 11 Lakh. Any suggestion is appreciated.
