As per the title I missed to pay on time and they charged a hefty amount.
This is the first and only late payment in last 7 years since I had taken this card.
Called RM and he said had it been September he could have reversed it but from October onwards he cannot.
I didn't trust him.
So dimers I am just wondering is there any other ways I can try my luck.
Any help would be appreciated!

Payment delayed by how many days? Generally they don't charge for due date + 2days

The charges have been reversed on 11th. I didn't check until today. I don't know who did that as RM denied and I sent mail to customer care 2 days ago.
