HDFC billpay not credited

2 days ago, I made multiple payments to different axis credit cards using HDFC Billpay. All the payments got credited instantly but one transaction of 9900 is still not credited to card. What shall I do or where should I complain?
The card bill is due today, shall I make another 9900 payment to be safe?

Yes mine also did 22k on navi on axis yesterday morning,
Not credited to card yet
Due date today.
In navi it shows successful
I paided used sbi unipay still not credited axis cc
Just now I paid axis cc using sbi unipay, instantly credited to axis..
Even i paid 6k approx using credit card upi. Cc.91mobnumlast4numsofcc@axisbank but still not credited 
Just now made 3 payments to HDFC CC using SBIUnipay all successful instantly and received in account as well.
Mine kotak giving issue.. paid via airtel sbi unipay and canara setu.. all failed.. waiting refund..
HDFC Billpay give you ZERO Cashback.
By the way wait upto 3 days, your payment will update.

Vu +., same issue, i paid axis cc bill using navi app yesterday, still not credited, due date is today..
