HDFC Billpay for SBI CC in Pending

Always has been instant in the past for me but first time seeing status as Pending. Money got debited from account, not sure what to do
Anyone else faced this? Should I contact customer support or is this normal?

Do you know why your payments are stuck for 3 months? Any help from customer service or branch people?
Good to know it'll either process or refund after 5 days. Thankfully I try always paying early so won't go past due date 😄

Your payment showing pending! & my payments are not going through since 3 months 😂,
between sbi acting up in cred to for past week, wait for 3-5 days i will be refunded or success
