HDFC Bill pay stopped 1% cashback on credit card bill payment via Platinum DC?

I paid SBI credit card bill using HDFC BillPay on desktop of about 17k few days ago.
Usually within 1-2 days the reward points used to get credited. But still not come.
I noticed that, now payment email contains remarks as RENTALBBPSNO instead of HDFC BILLPAY!
Has HDFC moved credit card bill payment to rental category or something?
Is it possible via any channel to ask for an explanation for this from HDFC?
