HDFC bank launch 'RuPay Regalia' Credit Card, Lifetime Free Conversion, all offers cashback and details:

Also first check your card usages, This is RuPay-Discover/Diners club International Regalia credit card but all countries are still not support 100% RuPay cards acceptance except few countries. If you mostly use for International payment then you may face some problem. Otherwise switch to RuPay.
Also, I think that the no. of supported/participating lounge will be different for Rupay/Visa/Mastercard.
Rupay might not provide free access to most international lounges, so might need to apply for priority pass.
I got my Rupay Regalia card today, my visa card was not LTF but I cant see any offer to make it LTF by spending 1 lac in 3 month... i asked cc but they said spend 3 lac in a year to waive off fee.... is there any way to enable this 1 lac spend offer?

I can confirm that it works. HDFC Bank changed my Regalia MasterCard to Rupay Credit Card without any hassle. The whole process - from request of change to delivery of card took 5 days.

Upon receipt of your e-mail, we have done a detailed review and we take this opportunity to clarify you that currently, RUPAY franchise conversions/upgrades/issuance are temporarily suspended and we regret our inability to accede your request for conversion of existing REGALIA card into RUPAY card at this point of time as per NPCI directive and bank's policy.

Many HDFC executives are uneducated, they dnt know anything. You can also show them the Regalia RuPay physical card as proof.
