RBL Signature+ debit card offer 0 forex markup fee. So, I wanted to know has anybody used this abroad? What are the conversion rates it offers and how is its acceptance rate? Does it have an ATM fee?

depends on the country you are going to visit. if it is developed one then use card else carry dollars, you will get better exchange rate locally.
